Happy Brokers Sell More Real Estate
My goal is to help agents build a life and business that are predictable and enjoyable. Building a successful life and productive business is not sexy, it’s not “Instagram-able” and it’s definitely not immediate. To build a business that is enjoyable and predictable takes clarity, awareness, commitment, consistency and skill. You have to evolve through innovation and you definitely need to be patient. These are not traits that many in today’s “instant gratification” society want to hear and internalize. Having studied high performance since 2008 with more than 13,000 hours of self-development and research, I have 100% come to the conclusions that there are no short cuts and that the quest to hit your personal and business goals can take much longer if you do not know “the how."
That’s where I come in. As a leader, mentor and a coach, I decided in 2013 to move from an active sales and brokerage career and to shift my focus to leading and coaching brokers. Most sales and brokerage organizations are woefully poor at training, mentoring and coaching, and I saw a real need for leadership. Out of that realization, I developed a coaching niche and in 2017 doubled down on this need and put my full focus on building enhanced coaching programs for brokers, not just at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, but throughout the Sotheby’s International Realty network. It’s continued to grow from there.
This site offers core coaching content in one place so as many brokers as possible can avoid the difficult lessons that I learned from lacking leadership, coaching and mentoring early in my brokerage career. I am self taught so you don’t have to be. I don’t want you to have to go down that same path that I endured. I have no doubt that the content on this site can cut years off your self-development compared to learning it all yourself.
